Jimmy lives an exciting life, having had the privilege to lead a nonprofit fighting human trafficking, to be an academic dean and professor of leadership and culture, and to study people movements as the executive director of a research center at Yale University. One thing remained consistent through all of those endeavors, Jimmy sought to help people understand themselves and others-- catalyzing them toward meaningful changes in themselves and their contexts. He graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a graduate degree in religion, has a business management degree from Penn State University, and did his doctoral studies in leadership at Eastern University. WIth over 4,500 speaking hours across 25 nations, he now brings his people insights to you in this blog.
